Stages

Stages serves Progressive New England cuisine; drawing inspiration from the world, while sourcing our foods from close by, and presenting our dishes in an artistic manor. During the growing season we work intensively with nature's changing supply and our local farms, preserving as much as possible in the process. This permits us to serve up a tiny bit of them on our plates all year round. We constantly explore and develop our base of ingredients and techniques to give our guests the best possible experience. Your immersive and intimate experience takes place in the kitchen of the restaurant overlooking the chefs cooking and plating. Stages serves a constantly evolving tasting menu of 8-10 courses depending on the time of the year and the ingredients available. Stages has been listed on the Opinionated About Dining Top 100 Restaurants of North America for 8 years in a row, boasting numerous other awards, honors and accolades. Including a chef/owner that is a 3-time Chopped Champion on Food Network. Opened in 2012, Stages is a proud member of the Dover community.
