The Barn on Broadway

This fresh space balances history with beautiful new finishes. It is a stand-alone property with an open concept, loft-style one bedroom king, a full kitchen, 3/4 bath, cozy living and a private back patio. The space sits next door to Body Mechanix Massage and is within walking distance to historic downtown Dover, just a short drive to many seacoast beaches and minutes from UNH.

If you're looking for a little fresh air and privacy, you'll find the back porch off of the kitchen. Through the sliding glass door you'll see two chairs and gorgeous birch treas.

The sunken down living room is set up with a cozy gliding chair and a leather couch that pulls out into a queen bed. The TV is a smart tv and you can log in to all of your favorite streaming services. There is a Beats pill speaker to hook up to some good tunes while you're hanging in the space.

Off the living room is the 3/4 bath - we supply shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, a hair dryer and all of the essential linens.

The open concept bedroom is on the second floor. It is a bright, open and airy room with exposed beams, a quaint reading nook, large closet to host all of your belongings, small vanity, and a super comfy king-size bed.

This newly renovated space hosts artwork found from 1903 Boston Globe newspaper clippings. During our renovation process we found these papers and have had them beautifully framed to share the history of the building.

Next door to The Barn on Broadway is our family business, Body Mechanix Massage. We love to accommodate our Airbnb guests whenever possible. We offer a variety of services including massage, reiki, craniosacral therapy, infrared light therapy, and a great soaking tub. These offerings are a wonderful addition to any stay.
